VerticalSoft Food Manufacturing's AG Produce Series was created by Columbus IT based on Microsoft's Industry Solutions Program. The program provides Columbus IT with Microsoft Dynamics NAV as a development foundation in order to advance the solution for the AG Produce industry.

Sales Status Board

The sales status board will show a static or dynamic picture of the holdover/inventory position, sales orders and shipments, purchase orders and receipts, production orders and receipts, and current market prices. Individual users can choose if they want to see the current, static view of inventory and orders, or an updated inventory that changes dynamically throughout the day. It will be displayed for up to a three-day view, and Navision's drill down capability will make rapid access to underlying data a matter of a single click.

Production

VerticalSoft Food Manufacturing software provides a totally integrated process manufacturing solution that considers grower information, sales status board information and dock scheduling information. Our process manufacturing granules include: Process Definitions (i.e. co-product/by-products, multiple packaging options), Planning and Scheduling, and Production Control reporting. In addition to this base offering, Quality Control and Enhanced Lot Tracking features compliment the system to deliver one of the most comprehensive AG produce solutions on the market.
