Order Entry
Columbus IT's hand-held feature set enables an array of hand held devices to sync with the database as well as upload orders directly via the Web. Customer history, order guides, lot selling, customer credit status and other data can be downloaded or accessed via the Web.

Receiving
Catch weights, serial/lot numbers, code expiration dates, vendor details. Scanned receiving data is electronically appended to the purchase order line item and automatically posted to inventory.

Shipping
Customer info, production info, code expiration dates, catch weights, serial/lot numbers is electronically appended to shipments.

Scales and Label Printers
Designed to collect random weight data from the scale and to print bar coded product labels. Production applications include: boxed product lines, portion control lines, combos, packing lines, and other production environments where a random weight label is required. Distribution applications include labeling catch-weighted products during the picking process. If the product is cut-to-order, the label can show customer information as well as product and weight.

Raw Materials
Scan and label raw materials at receipt and production, catch weight, by-products and work-in-process. Batch label standard weight products.

Finished Products
Scan finished products against production orders and put aways.
